Pitch is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by pump.fun, PumpPortal, the Solana Foundation or X Corp. Their names are used only to describe how Pitch works.

Anyone can launch a token through Pitch. Tokens appear on Explore and the home page automatically, because they were launched here, not because Pitch reviewed or recommends them. Pitch doesn't check who made a token or what they intend to do. Tokens launched elsewhere have no song, and Pitch doesn't show their details.

A Pitch token is a pump.fun token, not an NFT. Holding it doesn't give you ownership of, or any rights to, its token image or its song, and no share of anything they earn. Anyone can hear the song, whether they hold the token or not. The creator receives pump.fun's creator fees on trades, under pump.fun's rules.

$PITCH (address 1EjVG2LtLr94KSyVpXeDTtkWKTd2a8qwK4uLoUPiTcH) is the Pitch token: the first token launched on Pitch, by the Pitch team, on pump.fun like any other. It's a memecoin. It gives no ownership of Pitch, no share of any revenue, no voting rights and no promised features or utility, and nobody should buy it expecting a profit from the team's work.

The team launched it from the wallet CjTtKFk4JWHc2hXsLir8MCcR7ioA1QQ5H7V4e4Cgj6CD. Its $PITCH balance, including any tokens bought at launch, and every trade it makes are public on Solana: anyone can check them at any time. As $PITCH's creator, the team receives pump.fun's creator fees on its trades, like any creator. Other tokens named "PITCH" or "TUNE" aren't ours: only trust the address above.

• Tokens like these are extremely volatile and often lose most or all of their value.
• A creator may buy their own token at launch (a "dev buy") and sell it later, which can move the price sharply.
• Transactions on Solana are final. Pitch can't reverse, cancel or refund them.

Market cap and bonding-curve figures come from pump.fun's public data. It's unofficial, may be delayed or wrong, and is hidden when unavailable. Check pump.fun before you trade.

A token's song is generated from its token image and the settings chosen at launch. It's a creative feature. It says nothing about a token's quality, value or legitimacy.
